COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion Engineering Motion parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Seiko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seco-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Adlink product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiko such as the OFL760A26 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q70225 manufactured by Seco-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Seco-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NuPRO900A by Manufacturer Adlink as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand NCOM03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as PFBA16238SE00466R1 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P5120A made by Ishida as well as the popular PH2100 original spares produced by Mettler-Toledo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NF800SS by Mitsubishi and PFBA16238SE00466R1 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPGA010091M22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
